Designed an innovative Parking & Pets add-on to the Eden Workplace product (B2B hybrid workplace management platform). Solved the complex challenge of pooled reservations where users book capacity rather than specific spots. Additionally, customer interviews revealed key user behavior insights, leading to a strategic pivot from standalone feature to integrated add-on to Eden's most popular desk booking feature.
